It’s Spelling Bee Season! 

The Hunter PTA will host grade-level spelling bees on November 30th and December 1st this fall.  The top three spellers from each grade will then compete in a school-wide bee on January 11th, 2023.  

This year the Spelling Bee will finally be returning to the Media Center, and you will be welcome to come cheer on your favorite spellers.

The study list for the spelling bees may be found by clicking here. This list will be used for both the grade-level bees and the final school-wide bee. The words are not divided by grade this year, so all spellers should study all words on the list.  For all bees, if the words on the list are exhausted before the winners are determined, words not appearing on the study list will be used.  Good luck and happy spelling!

Please register your child by November 4th so that we can order enough prizes and prepare certificates.  Please register your student(s) and/or volunteer to help by clicking here.  Parents may not volunteer during their own children’s bee(s).
